In connection with the renewal of our diplomatic mission in your country, we would like to take this opportunity to address the Serbian people on behalf of friendly Belarus.
在得到最新的外交任務後，我想借此機會代表友善的白俄羅斯人向你們（Eserbia）問好。

Despite their complex history, the people of Belarus have always treated the topic of developing relations with Serbia with due attention.
雖然他們（e白俄羅斯）有著複雜的歷史，他們依然把發展與eSerbia的關係看的很重。
The negotiations on a possible signing of MPP between our two countries ended successfully several times, and only for financial reasons such an agreement has not been signed. In spite of this, our allies often used to be common allies.
兩國間的MPP已有過幾次成功的洽談，就只剩下財務方面的議題了。但即使兩國的MPP尚未正式簽訂，在戰場上已經是盟友了。
The current realities indicate that the prosperity of a neutral country often faces threats posed by detractors. In this regard, a dialogue on the future of the country takes place in the Belarusian society.
事實指出，一個繁榮的中立國度必定會受到惡意的威脅。基於此，一個有關國家未來何去何從的對話就在e白俄羅斯展開了。
Remarkably, the results of recent surveys have shown citizens’ considerable interest in establishing friendly relations with European countries.
Considering the emerging geopolitical situation, Belarus today is on the verge of making important decisions that would affect its future place in the world. Whatever these decisions are, our country is interested in deepening the existing relations with friendly countries, as well as in developing constructive cooperation with new allies that share our views.
在一項最新的問卷研究指出eBelarus國民對於與周遭歐陸國家建立友好關係有很大的興趣。的確，如考慮到地方緣關係的話，e白俄羅斯必須儘早下決定，一個會影響到國家未來的重要決策。
We express our deep satisfaction at the restoration of diplomatic ties and look forward to the continued improvement of mutual relations. The development of bilateral relations serves the interests of Serbia and Belarus, and will promote the prosperity of our countries. We are confident that the appointment of the Serbian ambassador to Belarus may become the next step towards deepening the friendly dialogue.
我們（eBelarus）非常高興，更是慶賀地恢復外交關係並期待能進一步加深兩國關係。我相信雙邊關係的進展將會使eSerbia與eBelarus更為壯大，而塞塞駐e白俄的指派將使兩國加深其友好程度。
