 O MoE iniciará durante este mandato um conjunto de entrevistas com várias figuras nacionais e internacionais.

 O nosso convidado de hoje é o jogador Blackbeard00.


 Nascido a 15 de junho de 2015, Blackbeard já conta com algumas medalhas que deixariam vários jogadores invejosos: Ditador, CP por 2x e experiência noutros cargos ministeriais. A jogar pela segunda vez, optou por investir no módulo político em vez do militar.

 Foi o responsável pelo Campeonato do Mundo de Xadrez, no qual fomos representados pelo jogador Stiltonerinonwww9.

 MoE: Quem é Blackbeard00? Há alguma razão para teres adotado este nick? E porque escolheste jogar este jogo? Ao procurar o teu nick, encontrei outro Blackbeard com o mesmo avatar. É outra conta tua?

 Blackbeard00: O meu nick Blackbeard00 tem origem no verdadeiro pirata Edward Teach, mais conhecido por o Barba Negra no mundo da pirataria. Como já estava em uso, coloquei 00 sem qualquer outro significado que este.

 Comecei a jogar depois de ter visto um anúncio interessante num programa na nossa televisão nacional e o meu primeiro nome da conta era Alphonso Gabriel. Uma das maiores razões para começar a jogar, naquela altura foi pela possibilidade de lutar contra a Grécia. Mas após alguns anos sem jogar, encontro-me noutro país, com nova conta e com uma abordagem diferente de o jogar. De momento, optei por jogar apostando mais no módulo político enquanto antes preferia jogar a 2 clicks e a lutar. A razão de voltar deve-se à curiosidade e por ter velhos amigos que jogam desde a minha primeira tentativa.

 Blackbeard I é a conta do meu sobrinho mais novo e ele está a usar o mesmo avatar que o tio. Como ainda é muito novo tenho estado a ajudá-lo. Ele pertence à Unidade Militar de alguns amigos, para os quais estava a fazer os seus avatares e deixo aqui um público reconhecimento pela ajuda prestada. São mesmo gajos impecáveis. Todos os jogadores D1 deveriam juntar-se a eles.


 MoE: Porquê é que decides viver e adotar a Irlanda como o teu novo país? Podes explicar o que se passou na Suiça?

 Blackbeard00: A irlanda é a minha nova casa e a de todos os “Piratas”. Após alguns problemas e insultos na Suíça decidimos que deveríamos abandonar e juntarmo-nos à comunidade irlandesa. Deixo um obrigado público ao CP da Irlanda pelo convite que nos fez. Precisávamos de um novo espaço onde pudéssemos ser mais respeitados e ter o reconhecimento devido pelo nosso trabalho. Após termos tidos convites de outros países e de termos conversado com todos, a nossa opção foi a Irlanda.

 A Suíça vivia em caos graças à oposição dos partidos políticos e um nosso ex-amigo e membro Stenka Razin que começou a insultar-nos e virou Rican e os outros cidadãos contra mim, em primeiro e depois para aqueles que me apoiavam na Suiça. Stenka Razin começou a lançar umas histórias de como iríamos fazer PTO/MTO na Suíça, passando esta informação aqueles cidadãos que no ano passado fizeram parte do governo, com muitas e mais claras hipóteses de fazer MTO/PTO, destruindo a comunidade. Em vez disso, contribuímos para que a Suíça passasse a ser respeitada e protegida, um país com o seu território e com algumas TW na e fora do seu território, mesmo com uma pequena comunidade.

 Esta é a forma mais rápida e curta de explicar o que se passou na Suíça, mas há muito mais para contar, por isso se me quiserem enviar pm, terei todo o gosto em explicar mais.


 MoE: Que nos podes contar da Irlanda verdadeira? Um sítio a visitar, gastronomia, algo que diferencie dos restantes países? ( Ou podes contar optar por contar do te verdadeiro país, se preferires).

 Blackbeard00: Bom, na vida real sou da Macedónia pelo que vou dar a conhecer alguns sítios do meu país. O melhor sítio para conhecer na Macedónia é Skopje e Ohrid. Devem visitar ambas cidades. Devem provar Rakija, a melhor bebida que temos. É parecida com a tequila mas melhor. Para mim a nº1 no mundo. Há até quem diga Rakija ajuda a “connecting people”. Em termos de gastronomia não sei bem qual é a melhor porque temos muitas coisas boas que vocês deveriam experimentar.

 Da Irlanda não sei o suficiente, apenas que é um sítio que está na minha lista de países a conhecer. Sei apenas que têm boa musica como os Flogging Molly e os Dropkick Murpheys, bem como os The Rats. Têm bonitas raparigas de cabelo vermelho e boa cerveja. O melhor sítio para ir a uma festa num pub com as melhores pessoas do mundo!


 MoE: E sobre eIrlanda? Podes contar a vossa história até aos nossos dias?

 Blackbeard00: Não sei muito do passado da Irlanda, dado ter acabado de chegar a esta comunidade. A única coisa que me liga à Irlanda são as banners que cheguei a fazer para o governo irlandês e seus ministérios.


 MoE: E como vês o teu país nos próximos 6 meses?

 Blackbeard00: Irlanda é um grande país e com potencial para fazer coisas grandes. Portanto vejo uma Irlanda ativa, um país respeitado com boa proteção e estabilidade económica.


 MoE: De alguma forma o que fazes na vida real ajudou-te no desempenho das funções políticas ou a interagir no jogo? Ou pelo contrário o jogo ajudou-te a modificar para melhor algo na tua vida real?

 Blackbeard00: Bom eu usei algumas qualidades gráficas que tenho para ganhar algum cc e ouro por forma a subir os meus campos de treino e fazer algumas fábricas, mas tirando isto, o jogo não me ofereceu nada à minha vida, além de algumas boas amizades.


 MoE: Irlanda de momento não tem aliança. Isto é algo para manter num futuro próximo? Como vês as alianças do eMundo?

 Blackbeard00: Cheguei à Irlanda à poucos dias e por isso não posso muito falar acerca da forma como são geridas aqui as suas relações internacionais. Mas saltando esta questão, deixo aqui a minha opinião acerca de como vejo as alianças:

  Asteria - a mais forte, bem organizada e com um sistema de trabalho que já provou ser imbatível. Jogam de forma inteligente e com passos pausados também inteligentes. Estão a ganhar e isso é o mais importante. Usam pequenos países e alianças como a Orion de forma inteligente, integrando bons países, de maneira que todos trabalhem bem juntos. Estou a referir-me à Macedónia, Bulgária, talvez a Espanha, embora eu ache que a Espanha está em pior situação de momento.

  Orion - Esta aliança é pró Asteria e está a fazer um belissímo trabalho para as grandes alianças. Estão muito vivos graças ao novo membro, Cuba, que está a controlar e a trabalhar mais em prol dela. Penso que irão recrutar e adicionar mais pequenos países pró Asteria de maneira a manterem-se, pois não acredito que este esforço cubano possa durar para sempre.

  Adriática - declaradamente anti Asteria e todos que são contra a Asteria estão aqui. É assim que explico a presença do Chile por terem virado as costas aos macedónios. Para mim parece-me que estão a lutar mais pelos interesses da Croácia e do Syndicate. A parte pior é que ajudam imenso o Syndicate e em troca são ocupados e passam meses sem congresso.

  Syndicate - a aliança do verdadeiro guerreiro pois nunca deixará de haver batalhas, como a atual guerra “ping-pong” com a Macedonia-Bulgária e Astéria nos Balcãs. Sente-se a falta de mais apoio e a Adriatica não as consegue ajudar muito. Assim, procuram ajuda a países membros da Pacífica.

  Pacifica - São jogadores que usam jogo sujo, aproveitadores da situação e guerra entre Syndicate-Adriatica e a Macedonia-Bulgaria. Estão a fazer um bom trabalho e “farm”. Ainda assim penso que mais tarde ou mais cedo irão pagar por algumas jogadas, como a da Hungria que mantêm Espanha ocupada, e a invasão dos EUA à Indonésia. Eles serão o próximo alvo a abater…

 No caso da Irlanda penso que para já o melhor é manter-se neutro e manter boas relações com os seus vizinhos, mantendo os amigos de antes e se possível adicionar novos e mantê-los do seu lado.

 Porquê? Porque nem sempre as alianças são a melhor solução. Por vezes é melhor estar de fora.


 MoE: Consegues dizer quais os países amigos e inimigos do vosso país?

 Blackbeard00: Irlanda mantêm-se junto dos seus antigos amigos e aliados, aos quais planeiam adicionar mais 1-2 MPPs à lista, nomeadamente Portugal. Espero que isso possa ocorrer brevemente de forma a que ambos nos possamos ajudar em futuras ações militares ou dissuadir futuras ameaças. Temos alguns projetos meus e dos piratas, e com o apoio do MoE irlandês de maneira a que possamos unir mais os nossos países e assim aumentarmos a nossa confiança mútua e amizade.


 MoE: Jogas mais algum jogo online?

 Blackbeard00: Comecei alguns no passado, mas presentemente só jogo eRepublik ao qual mais me dedico. Perco várias horas nele.


 MoE: Como vês as relações entre Portugal&Irlanda?

 Blackbeard00: Como já tive oportunidade de dizer, ficaria muito contente se chegassemos a acordo para um MPP entre nós. Penso que Portugal e Irlanda têm muito em comum e partilhamos os mesmos interesses e opções.


 MoE: O que sabes de Portugal? O virtual e o verdadeiro.

 Blackbeard00: O verdadeiro Portugal é um país lindo, com uma história fantástica, da qual o seu povo devia estar orgulhoso. Ficaria muito contente se tiver a oportunidade de visita-lo e passar algum tempo com alguns amigos portugueses que conheço através deste jogo.

 Do Portugal virtual posso dizer que vocês fizeram muitas coisas boas e provaram o quão forte é a vossa comunidade, com muitos jogadores de baixas divisões muito fortes, que devem ser respeitados. Eu lembro-me que Portugal foi o primeiro Império neste jogo e isso não é algo que todos os países conseguem.


 MoE: Qual seria a coisa que gostaria de ter sido avisado por alguém mais experiente antes de começares a jogar, mas que ninguém te disse?

 Blackbeard00: Talvez… Cuidado com o Trendo ( refere-se a TheTrendoReborn seu melhor amigo)


 MoE: Este é um jogo político ou militar? Qual deles o mais apropriado para o definir?

 Blackbeard00: Este jogo tem ao mesmo tempo ambos aspectos.


 MoE: Existe algo que nunca ninguém te perguntou e que gostarias que alguém o fizesse?

 Blackbeard00: Porque é que eu dedico o meu tempo livre a este jogo?!


 MoE: Enquanto MoE da Suúça foste responsável pelo Campeonato do Mundo de Xadrez. Na tua opinião o que correu bem, menos bem e o que correu mal? (Li que alguns jogadores foram desqualificados por batota)

 Blackbeard00: Bom foi ideia minha e foi na verdade difícil de organizar um evento deste. A melhor parte foi por ter sido participado por vários países, de forma divertida e que nos permitiu aproximarmo-nos, mas também foi divertido para os jogadores. Pode ser melhorado porque os jogos já podem ser transmitidos em direto e isso tornaria este evento mais interessante. Terei todo o gosto em tornar este torneio em algo que se repita e estou disposto a ajudar e a receber ajuda a repeti-lo.

 A parte pior foi gerir e organizar pois nem todos partilham o mesmo horário e o mesmo tempo livre, mas ainda assim correu e conseguimos finalizá-lo. Houve de facto alguma batota, mas esses foram banidos pelo sítio onde decorria o torneio, pelo que o problema foi logo resolvido no momento.

 Hello world! During this administration, the ePortuguese MoE will interviewing important national and international personalities.

 Today, our guest is the player Blackbeard00.



 Born in 15 july of 2015, Blackbeard00 already has some medals that would leave some players in shame: Dictator, CP twice and a lot of experience in others positions in a government. Playing for the second time, he decided to explore the political factor of the game, instead the military one.

 He was responsible for the World Tournament of Chess, in which we were represented by our portuguese champion Stiltonerionww9.


 MoE: Who is Blackbeard00? is there a special reason for you to choose this nick? And why and how you choose to play this game? I found another Blackbeard I, with the same avatar. It's you again?

 Blackbeard00: My nick Blackbeard00 comes from the real life pirate Edward Tech known as Blackbeard who is well recognized in the world history of piracy. The nick Blackbeard was already in use, so I add randomly 00 in the end of the nick without any meaning.

 I join this game after interesting commercial in one of our national television programs long time ago with my first account Alphonso Gabriel . One of the biggest reasons in that time to come on this game was fighting against Greece. But after couple of years pause here I`m in another country with my new account and another way of playing the game I play the game more in political way than in past only two clicking and fighting. The reason I come back now was curiosity, and some old friends from my first days in this game.

 Blackbeard I is my lil. nephew account and he is using the same avatar like his Uncle, btw he is still kid to understand well the game so I'm helping him a lot. He is in military unit of my great friends that I was making the avatars and I want to thank them for helping him also they are great bunch of guys. Every D1 great soldier should join them!


 MoE: Why you choose to "live" and adopt this country, Ireland, as yours? Can you explain what happen in Swiss?

 Blackbeard00: Ireland is mine and all my Pirates new home, after some problems and insults in Switzerland we together decided to move out and join Irish community thanks to invitation of the Irish Country President. We need new place where we are going to be more respected and our job recognized. After couple of invitations of another's countries and discusses we pick Ireland for our next destination.

 Switzerland lived in chaos thanks to the opposition political party and one our ex friend and member Stenka Razin who started to insult and turn Rican and all other citizens against me first of all than against everyone who support me in Switzerland. Stenka Razin started to speak about some stories how we are going to PTO/MTO Switzerland and pass that to all citizens who start to go against us who in past year were the government and have lot of chances for doing MTO/PTO destroying a community but instead we bring Switzerland on another level where we were respected and well protected country with own territory and couple of TW in and out of Swiss borders even we were so small community.

 This is the shortest way to explain what happen in Swiss but there are lot of things not shared, so everyone is free to PM and ask me more if he is interested about the issue in Switzerland.


 MoE: What can you tell us of the real Ireland? A place to visit, something to eat, something that make you different from all cultures? (you can answer this if you wanna, of your real country)

 Blackbeard00: Well I'm real life Macedonian so I will share something from mine country. I think the best place in Macedonia to visit is Skopje and Ohrid. You should visit both cities and you should try Rakija, that is the best drink we have it`s close to tequila but is better. For me No.1 in world. They are saying Rakija “connecting people”. For eating I can`t say nothing special because there are lot of things you should try!

 As for Ireland I can't tell you lot, it`s place that is on my agenda to visit. I only know that they have good music something like: Flogging Molly and the Dropkick Murpheys, also The Rats are good! They have beautiful red head girls and good beer! Best place for party pub with the best people in the world!


 MoE: And about eIreland? What's your story from the past to the present.

 Blackbeard00: I don`t have some big past in eIreland, this is my first time joining Irish community. Only thing that connect me and Ireland in past is the banners that I made for the Irish Government and Ministries.


 MoE: And how you see your country in the next 6 months?

 Blackbeard00: Ireland is great country and always have big potential to do great things. So I can see Ireland active and respected country with good protection and stability on economical way.


 MoE: Does your work as anything related to what you do or did as someone that served politic positions? Or does the game offered you some tools for your present day life?

 Blackbeard00: Well I used some skills in graphics to earn some amount of cc and gold so I can upgrade the training grounds and build some factories but in other way the game don't offer me a lot in my life only some good friendships.


 MoE: Ireland now it's without alliance. Is this something to continue in a near future? How you see the other alliances?

 Blackbeard00: I`m in Ireland for couple of days and I can't speak too much about there foreign politics. I will skip this question and I will share my opinion about how I see the other alliances.

  Asteria – The strongest around with good organization and way of working that showed to everyone it can't be brake. They are playing smart and making slow smart moves. They are winning and that is most important. They use smaller countries and alliance Orion in best possible way also they add good countries behind them and they work together perfect. I`m speaking about Macedonia – Bulgaria maybe Spain but I think Spain is in the worst position of all in this moment.

  Orion – The Alliance who is pro-Asteria and is doing great job for there bigger allies. They are still alive thanks to the new member Cuba who is controlling and working the biggest part of the job in the alliance but I think that they will recruit and add some smaller pro-asteria country in the alliance so they can stay alive because this Cuban great job is not going to last long.

  Adriatica – Is Anti – Asteria alliance and everyone who is against Asteria is part of Adriatica that is case why Chile is there even they turn their back to Macedonians. But in fact the alliance how I see is alliance that is fighting for the interest of Croatia-Syndicate. The worse is that they give lot for Syndicate and in return they get occupation and months without congress.

  Syndicate - The alliance of real fighter they will never stop fighting so there will be long ping pong war with Macedonia-Bulgaria and Asteria especially in Balcans. They miss more support and Adriatica can`t help them lot. So they maybe will look on Pacifica members for some help.

  Pacifica – The dirty players who used the situation and war between Syndicate-Adriatica against Asteria and Macedonia, Bulgaria. They are doing great job and farm. But I think they are going to pay soon for there moves especially Hungary who keep Spain occupied and USA for second invasion in Indonesia. They are sure next target of ..

 I think best for Ireland is to be neutral and maintain good relations with neighbours also to continue the friendship with there good friends from past and if it is a possible to make new friends and stick close to them us much as possible.

 Why?! Because Alliances are not always solutions. Sometimes is better to stay away from them.


 MoE: Can you name your country friends and those that are your present enemies?

 Blackbeard00: How I know Ireland is sticking to there traditional friends and allies and they are thinking to add 1-2 more MPP`s some new allies to there list and one of the countries they are looking for is Portugal. I hope we are going to sing the MPP soon and help each other in future military invasions and threats. Also share some projects while me and mine pirates are part of Ministry of Education some event that will bring our countries closer and we are going to rise big friendship.


 MoE: Do you play other online games?

 Blackbeard00: I started in past some but, now I play only eRepublik and is the game that keeps me most playing it. I lose lot of hours in this game.


 MoE: How do you see Portugal&Ireland relations ingame?

 Blackbeard00: Like I said, Ireland will be happy if we sign MPP soon and also I will be happy to. I think Portugal & Ireland have lot in common and share the same interests and sides.


 MoE: What do you know about our country, the real and the virtual?

 Blackbeard00: The real life Portugal is beautiful place and country with great History that people should be proud. I will be happy if I have chance to visit and spend some time with some of Portugal friends I know from this game.

 For the virtual I can say that you guys did perfect things in this game and showed that Portugal is strong community, there are lot of lower division strong soldiers from Portugal that should be respected. I remember Portugal first time Empire on this game its thing that not alot of countries manage to make it!


 MoE: If there was something someone should have said to you before you start to play, but none did, what you think it would be?

 Blackbeard00: Probably .. beware trendo! (Trendo is TheTrendoReborn my close friend 😃 )


 MoE: Is this a war or a political game? Which you think it's the more appropriated?

 Blackbeard00: This game is war and political game both things go together.


 MoE: Is there something that you were never asked and you would like to be asked?

 Blackbeard00: Why i give my free time for the game?!


 MoE: You as MoE of Swiss were responsible for the World Champion of Chess. In your opinion what went good, bad and who was the villain of it? (some players were disqualified for cheating, I read.)

 Blackbeard00: Well it was mine idea and it was really hard to organize such a event. The good it was that we have some mass event where we can have more fun and bring closer our countries and there was some fun for the players citizens it can be done better because the games can be watched live so it make it more interesting. I will be happy this to become traditional and I`m ready to help together with people who work with me for the event.

 The bad side was that is hard to control and organize the time of the games different time zones and people are not free every day but it went good after all somehow we managed and finish the tournament. Also like you say there were some cheating but all the cheaters were banned from the site where the Chess tournament was played so there is no room for cheating and every cheater will be banned on time.
