Official stance of Slovakia on Hungarian offer

I would like to inform you with all due respect that we have decided to reject your offer to unite.
Despite the fact that it is fair offer, there are some issues.
50 Slovaks would get lost in group of aproximately 8000 Hungarians.
Another problem would be media that are along with wars the most important features of eRepublik. Since we can not speak hungarian, we would not know what "is going on", so we would not be able to participate equally on life in Hungary. It is impossible to persuade everybody to write in English and this would probably lead to end of Slovak community in eRepublik.
Another issue would be congress seats. We could sign a contract about it, but we all know that admins do not consider such a contracts valid. I can not imagine how would they verify who is Slovak and who is not.(maybe some kind of Grammar in Use exercise 😃
)
We do not have military power, money nor resources. The only thing we have is our freedom and we would like to keep it.
I believe in great relations in future or even possible cooperation.

This is a really nice answer.
As a simple citizen, I can understand why Slovakia rejected the offer.
Then at least move into a single region, so we can advance further.
(sorry, I know it sounds like crap...)

Sooner or later, slovakia will be under the rule of another country. The slovaks should pump the population a little more up to avoid their fate.

még szerencse, hogy nem fogadták el.. egyébként se tudnánk elfoglalni őket, mert most bekapcsolt MPP-kkel Románia simán átmenne Ukrajnán, és akkor vinnék a szlovák területeket is.

Egy gond van az egésszel, lehet hogy most mi játszuk a "jófiút" de egy ilyen kis népességű, elnézést a kifejezésért de tücsökpöcsnyi országot előbb utóbb úgyis el fognak foglalni, ha nem mi akkor más. Megértem a szlovákok álláspontját de ebben a helyzetben a döntésük csak időhúzás.

It was a stupid offer in the first place. We do not need Slovakia at all. It would have made Hungary more vulnerable as everybody can see the example of the uncontrolable row of RWs in Italy.

Fair answer. If i was a slovak, I would choose the same option. I hope our government in power will recpect your decision and our ultras won't ever get power in Hungary to govern and threaten you. I can imagine a cooperation in the future. I wish the best, good luck for the future.

Well do something about it, then. Don't get me wrong, I think we, Hungarians will be more successful without your territories, but someone will eat you sooner or later. I just hope it will not be us.
