Looking Ahead

Today, we saw Democracy in action. The American people decided to reelect President Jewitt by a fair margin. We saw a good turn out from our active population and 2-clickers alike. We have acquired a High Iron region under his term and dismantled the Iranian empire, which is great. I would like to congratulate Jewitt on his win today.
I would like to thank all of the people who voted for me and supported my campaign. It was wonderful to see all of the American and international support in messages and in the media. I cannot thank you enough.
I plan to serve the rest of my Congressional term and assist our newer players on a daily basis. Write some more, and launch a few international articles, and focus on building my companies with a good friend of mine.
Now is the time we come back together as a nation. Jewitt is my President, and he is your President. I've seen the nation get divided and intense quarreling among ourselves. Our enemies are in PHOENIX and we must stand united in defending our allies and dismantling their empires. We must focus ahead on defending our allies in China and India from Russia, Serbia, and Hungary, and defend all we have worked on in the past month.
In does not matter if you supported for me, or Jewitt, what matters is standing behind the United States of America.

I liked how you handled this for the most part, however the way some of your supporters did was disgusting. Please be sure to reinforce your ideals of unity to those that follow you and have strong voices. They can be just as deadly as effective to a presidential campaign.

I was a supporter of the Woxan/Ligtreb ticket, but we only have one President at a time. We were fortunate to have two great choices in this election.
As an American, Jewitt has my total support as CiC.
I also look forward to the continued involvement of Woxan and Ligtreb in our national life.

The most active party in the game endorsed Jewitt. The 2-clicker parties endorsed you. This statement is factually incorrect, like most of what you say. You can't even concede an election gracefully.
Congratulations on a good campaign, and a class act to end it. You had my vote, but my focus now is on the advancement of our nation.

The man just made an extremely gracious concession to Jewitt and you still take the time to attack him. I'm not surprised. HR, over and out, because this is about uniting behind Jewitt (a man I don't support but will aid with every fiber of my being) as our president.

I think it's no stretch of the imagination to say that the forum represents a fairly accurate view of the "active" players of the US, would you not agree? Active players frequent the forums, would you not agree?
You're right, I don't support the President. I voted for Woxan and campaigned hard for him. Because I don't support the President politically does not mean I cannot aid him (which he has asked me to do) in many, many other ways.
It's time to unite behind a candidate and you seem to be holding on to petty grudges. Woxan is trying to do the right thing, sit down and let him do it.
