Partisan politics! Bring it on! I am glad that Vikta, gen-tiger, setsunaX, collinar all take time off their e-holidays to come back to "crush" the political tsunami that be-set the 'chosen' one's ascend to the top job. I am glad to see some innovative ideas and programs coming out from our military section too. Read it here .

However, more is needed to be done, and for that - i want your support and endorsement to be your Country President in Feb 2010. Instead of the common rhetoric on various issues/platforms like what my opponent has done, i will just outline FIVE things i wish to achieve in the next 30 DAYS as your Country President.



======Military======

My key idea is to push for more activity within the military using the existing squadron systems. Similar to Exom7's proposal (whom i consulted with), squadron will be provided 5G for an org, and some numbers of Q1 weapons. The challenge is to find 2-3 ACTIVE squadron leaders to lead them. As I said previously, based on the Tuah Squadron experiments, I want to empower squadron leaders to setup in-game org as a mode of communication, as well as a hub of activity. Specifically, five things will be carried out, with cooperation with the military leaders:
1. Order and tracking damages (i.e. sending out PM orders, and track respond time, damages etc).
2. Newbies drafting. All healthy level 12 and below eMalaysian will be assigned to squadrons (esp. if they graduated from TDM training division). Squadron leaders will PM and handle welness monitor.
3. Squad leader will be paid salary of 0.5G/week for their effort. In return, wellness, damage, activity reporting is required.
4. Honour system will be institutionalised. Honours will be given by the govt, under the recommendation of the military leaders.
5. Intra-squadron competition will be organised and funded by the govt. A budget of 30-50Q1 weapon (something like that) will be provided.

======Education======

Finally institutionalise the long proposed forum-based education system . eMalaysia forums are seriously under utilised and more importantly, the present govt and the important people place no importance to that. This will change under CDV's administration. Objective of the education system is to compile and provide sufficient knowledge base that would make curious newbies to learn more. Please read the original proposal above for some ideas of the implementation. The idea is to appoint/hire specific individuals to organise these forums.

My candidate for Minister of Education: Jeff Shiiste with me giving a special attention as well. Spykerman (pending acceptance) is my choice of deputy of Minister of Education, for her details to research and writing.
My candidate for Minister of Social Affairs: Andreey (pending acceptance) with three other deputies (active is the only criteria i am looking for).



======Business and Cooperatives======

This programme includes both the private and the public initiatives. Firstly, my administration is willing to spend 5-10G on the next 30days - on private-companies wellness programme. The idea is to reimburse employers who have made gift/food donations to their employees (who are at the time of reimbursement has (90+ wellness). Only companies based in eMalaysia are qualified for this scheme.

Secondly, the cooperative (or national bank) ideas. Cooperatives are joint ventures between various private citizens on particularly business ventures. With the upcoming v2 economic module - eMalaysians must be ready to embrace the new economy and its possibilities. Specifically, this involves setting up a govt-owned org where joint-ventures offer will be announced and mutual funds can be stored. Within the national forum - cooperative discussion will be setup in order to facilitate the formation and organisation of these private cooperatives. Citizens will be encouraged to store their gold in this org, where it shall be government-guaranteed (through contracts). Cooperatives will be formed when they are willing managers/owners who want to start a business. Only eMalaysians are allowed to take loans or organise cooperatives within this scheme. Before anyone blast this idea, this is just a tentative idea - that would require more refinements

My candidate for Minister of Cooperatives: Joseph Straatman (pending acceptance) or myself - as i believe this will be a complicated effort if it will be done properly.

======Foreign Affairs and regional stability======

I congratulate ww88 and nevven for the very much improved relationship with eIndo, but on the same token, i believe eMalaysia in recent month have not done enough in its role as the 3rd largest nation in Sol alliance. Nevertheless, i believe the direction of the country in terms of neutrality and foreign affairs are good. I am a fervently staunch believer of eMalaysia neutrality - as i believe it to be our nation most unique attribute. I am not too certain about the ambassadrors system - but i believe the MoFA can be streamlined into 3-6 very active individuals with bi-weekly reporting of foreign affairs. I wish to appoint special CP representatives to ASEAN nations (eThailand, eSingapore, eIndo, ePhiliphines) where their roles are to monitor and contribute to our neighbours' media/discussion as well as reporting on latest intel. I believe

My candidate for special envoys to Sol: Nagyzee (as our nominated Chairman for Feb 2010) with nicholas2000 as the advisory rep.
My candidate for special presidential representatives to ASEAN nations: ww88 (pending acceptance).



=====😛arty Politics======

I like the reinvigorated party politics these days..though i prefer if some people can restrain themselves and their 'disgusting' words. I felt that party politics is a good way to start engaging news citizens as well as a good place to start to be involved in mentoring/national politics and journalism. Specifically, i would wish to invite all Party Presidents to be part of a PP Council - where the objective is to thrash out specific 'game rules' as well as 'specific objectives'. For one, i would like to see each Party uses more of their private forums. This will help the education branch and the military branch to do their job. Of course, this will fail miserably if my opponents in this election doesn't want to work with me. Assistance will be given, formally by the govt to interested parties who wanted to set up their own parties (or take over the remaining 2 'free' parties currently in the hands of the govt). This would include formal mentoring, initial funding and 'friendly' campaigning on behalf of these new parties.

I have said it, and i will say it again. No point winning an election, if my opponents feeling so bitter about it. I would really want to work with most FUP leaders on various issues. My plans are too ambitious? Maybe. But they are possible - only with your support and help ! DPP, FUP, AC, PR ..and everyone! Stop this bitter "disgusting' politiking, and start looking at the various ideas everyone is bringing to the table.!

There are plenty more that i wish i can contribute and start within the next 30 days. But realistically speaking - i will be extremely satisfied if 4 out of 5 programmes are successful. I believe ultimately, these efforts will [size]make eMalaysia a vibrant and fun place[/size] to live in! Few other cabinet positions are not announced in here as they don't go within the 5 programmes. Amongst others, communication director, minister of eReligion, minister of Immigration/Anti-Multi etc.
