Training War agreement between eFinland and eLithunia:

1) Training War will be train on Finn regions: Oulu, Eastern Finland and Southern Finland.

2) Lithuania will win straight wars and Finland will win Resistance war.

3) Lithuania will return taxes by the end of the week (each Tuesday).

4) Training War is valid for a month and after that both parties will renew it, if they want to do it.
