HAVE YOU SEEN...
The Paintings of Fransisco Goya
Fransisco Goya (1746-182
😎was a Spanish artist, during the time of Napolean's reign in Europe. He painted many popular pieces in his life, consisting of portraits, such as one of Napolean's brother who ruled Spain briefly, and dark depictions of his inner thoughts regarding war and life. Many of his works are visually shocking, especially for their time, and his "Black Paintings" are the climax which he painted during the end of his life. I think of his style similar to Edgar Allen Poe's writings. One piece, "Saturn Devouring His Son" is based off of the Greek/Roman god Cronus, who ate his children before the last, Zeus, killed him. Most believe his last works were greatly impacted by creeping insanity in the last few years of his life, along with the large amounts of war and death he'd witnessed which made him bitter towards humanity.

HAVE YOU HEARD...
The Dead Milkmen
My favorite band and my "gateway" into punk, which I had stumbled across just over 10 years ago. They brought fun into the punk scene of the 80's. Known for their lighthearted songs, hits like "Punk Rock Girl" and "Bitchin Camaro", they eventually dissolved after their lyrics became more and more serious, which turned off some of their original fan base. Their bassist, Dave Blood, became very fascinated with Serbia and Yugoslavia's people and culture, and studied the region's language. Eventually after his suicide, the band reunited in the 2000's and has continued to play since.

MY CURRENT MISSION
I've halted the tournament due to lack of participation. In the meantime, I'll finish up this term as PP of ILP and Dail member. I've started our discussion thread, and will restart it in a few days with all those who recently accepted friend requests. I'll be assisting the upcoming government in diplomatic affairs when I'm needed as well.

Nice Raven. You always have such interesting articles.
Might have a look at Punk Land, as it sounds kind of interesting. A bit of a departure from Pratchett, mind.
I'd like to see more cyber punk. I liked the old ShadowRun books, but I haven't seen anything like that in a long time.
Vote for "Adoration of the Name of God". Beautiful picture.
