This line is from the philosopher of war, Sun Tzu. What this line means is that when a person calls for war, they better have thought this out very well. If you don't you will lose all the way up to and include the existence of your country. Are president of the EUSA needs to have intelligence and respect of the people he or she serves. I know that you are going to say that that is two, not one. I believe that both are required to even think about serving and I see that the latter is not always the case

Every choice that our president has to make will have ramifications for every citizen of the nation and they will be paying the price. He or she will need to have intellect to make the best choices you the US. The nation recently went to defend Russia when the nation of Poland attacked them. We were dealing with Taiwan at the time as well when this bold attack on our ally happened. Are president, Vanek26 showed the intelligence to know that we cannot fight two different enemies in two different theaters at the same time. He had to make a choice that affects our nation and our allies, stop fighting Taiwan and shift over the power of the US to try and stop Poland from attacking Russia or continue the fight against Taiwan and let Poland run over Russia. Vanek decided that it was not good for Poland to gain more regions and take out an ally of the USA. He worked to end the campaign against Taiwan so we can focus on defending Russia. We need a leader that can see the big picture. We need a president that will think about what needs to be done and not do anything on a whim.

The other important value that any politician needs is respect as well. Every politician needs to understand that there are REAL people that are going to be affected by their choices. As I write this, my unit, The Cannon Cockers are angry at congress about how they handled the cutting of OMS. We are not mad at the cutting, but how it was talked about. We read the debate and a large amount of us felt disrespected by the people we vote for to serve us in our government. One stated,"5% is absolutely worth screwing other MUs for." How would you feel when you see words like that from someone that is supposed to serve you and the other citizens of your nation? The President and any politician is not there for their own benefit, they are there to represent the citizens of the US and take care of our countries' needs. Any person in government should always be respectful when you talk about issues because every issue involves the lives of your citizens that you work for.

A president at then end is chosen by the people, to serve the people. We call upon you to make hard choices for the future of the nation. We need them to have the intelligence to make these choices and also treat their citizens with the respect they deserved. We have to work together to win, and any disrespect with just divide us. If we are divided, we will fall.
