[GOV] Tyrol Referendum (Closed)

Geehrte Bürger eÖsterreichs!

Der Mietvertrag über Tirol wurde nun vom österreichischen Präsidenten und von der serbischen Regierung bewilligt. Um den Vertrag absegnen zu können, sind ein Referendum und eine Parlamentsabstimmung nötig.

Hier könnt ihr den Vertrag in voller Länge lesen.

Die wichtigsten Punkte:
* Serbien muss jeden 15. Tag des Monats 100 Gold an die Austrian Central Bank zahlen.
* Falls Tirol an ein anderes Land verloren geht, wird Serbien die Priorität der Rückeroberung entweder Österreich oder Slowenien auferlegen.
* Um den Vertrag aufzulösen, muss vorher eine Ankündigung veröffentlicht werden. Innerhalb der folgenden 10 Tage muss Tirol an Österreich zurückgegeben werden.
* Tirol kann zurückgegeben werden, um ein Parlament wählen zu können.
* Falls der Vertrag aufgelöst wird, muss der bis dato angefallene Betrag von Serbien bezahlt werden.


Wie könnt ihr euch am Referendum beteiligen?
* Schreibt eine Nachricht an den Bundespressedienst.
* Kongressabgeordnete wählen ‘Kongress’ als Betreff; normale Bürger wählen ‘Bürger’. Wichtig: Gültig sind nur Stimmen von Personen, die während der Wahl die österreichische Staatsbürgerschaft besitzen.
* Im Textfeld beantwortet ihr die folgende Frage entweder mit ‘JA’ oder ‘NEIN’.
Stimmst du dem Mietvertrag über Tirol zu, welcher hier zu lesen ist?

* Verwendet folgendes Format für eure Stimme (im Nachrichtenfeld):
’JA’ oder ‘NEIN’
* Es werden nur die Stimmen gezählt, die bis 22.Jänner, 7:00 eRepublik Serverzeit eintreffen, und die obigen Bedingungen erfüllen.

Ich bin mir sicher, dass dieser Vertrag eine positiven Einfluss auf unsere Zukunft haben wird und deshalb bitte ich euch, dem Vertrag mit ‘Ja’ zuzustimmen.

Dear eAustrian citizens!

The rental agreement dealing with Tyrol has already recieved the approval of the Serbian government, and Austrian presidential approval. In order to make the Tyrol rental agreement with Serbia completely official, we must hold a referendum and congress vote to finalize the agreement.

We thus have set up a treaty which can be read here in full length.

The most important points:
* Serbia has to pay an amount of 100 gold per month to the Austrian Central Bank by the 15th of each month.
* If Serbia loses Tyrol to another nation, Serbia agrees to prioritize the return of Tyrol either to Slovenia, or Austria.
* In order to dissolve the treaty, there has to be an announcement. Within the following 10 days, Tyrol has to be returned to Austria.
* Tyrol can be returned if it is necessary to elect a congress.
* If the treaty gets dissolved, Serbia has to pay the until then accrued expenses.


How can you take part in the referendum?
* Send a message to the Bundespressedienst
* Congressmembers chose ‘congress’, normal citizen chose ‘citizen’ as subject. Important: eligible to vote are only those who have the Austrian citizenship by the time the results are counted.
* In the message, answer the following question with ‘YES’ or ‘NO’
Do you favor the rental agreement with Serbia which can be read here?

* Use the following format for your vote (in the ‘message’ area):
‘YES’ or ‘NO’
* Only votes that are recieved until the 22nd of January, 7:00 eRepublik servertime, and fullfill the abovementioned conditions will be considered valid.

I’m sure this treaty will have a positive influence on our future and I thus ask you to vote ‘yes’.
