经过晚上的激战，清除了大部分火鸡，现在是我们军演的时候了，起义费有人出，不军演太可惜了。XD

江原道(Kangwon)军演注意事项：
1.请注意战场平衡，保持攻守双方均有医院可用
2.高技能者请勿使用高星武器，以便让低等级玩家获得更多乐趣
3.为了防止火鸡在ESR起义搞破坏，换日后(day1032), 严禁军人在军演中吃体力面包战斗，平民也请保留面包配额至军演结束

江原道的军演将于中国时间17日19:00结束，请各军队组织军人提前到场，以便镇压军演。

情报称火鸡将在军演结束时试图攻占江原道，动机不明，有可能是为了阻挠我们开展军演。
若丢失江原道，我们将不得不穿过咸镜道换地才能再次占领江原，将是一笔可观的开支。

因此，请各位于16-17点间停止军演，部署到占领方进行防守。
17点后任何起义方战士将均被视为敌人，被坦克集群轰至骨头渣都不剩。

Notice to participants:
1> Please try to balance the strength of both sides. Avoid making direct attacks on a hospital. Never deprive either side of all their hospitals.
2> Skilled players, please use low-Quality weapons. Let our babys enjoy the game too.
3> Save food health after daychange and prepare to defend the region from possible enemy attack.

There is a possibility that Phoenix will make an attempt at winning the RW for unknown reasons.

As such:

Please stop the training war at 1:00 erep time, deploy as Occupying Forces(blue) and prepare to defend the region.

1:00 - 2:00 will be the buffer period. After 2:00 erep time, any remaining Rebel soldiers will be treated as enemy, and utterly destroyed.
