Hungary halfway to EDEN?

I have to write an article even though I promised I'd refrain from writing in foreign press
The situation however is confusing, so I have to ask my question.
Dear Phoenix. Why the hell do you keep over 9000 small states in, finance their little adventures from Hungarian cash, protect them from the evil imperialistic EDEN etc. etc., and in return they:
* sign side agreements with the evil imperialists during the important military campaigns (Portugal, UK, most recently Bulgaria),
* launch military campaigns meant to capture high regions and then cry for help to Serbia while no one else even cares (Argentina),
* never pay for their pleasures, because they simply have no money (Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania),
* first betray you, refuse to join the important campaigns, leave the alliance and then cry for help while being under attack (France),
and, what's most important...

* fail to protect Hungarian core regions (everyone)
I'm not saying that the bigger nations like Hungary, Serbia, Russia and Brazil do not cause any inner problems. But for crying out loud, for all their help they at least deserve to feel they can count on you.
Hungary, obviously, cannot.
It's really a shame that you guys have to sacrifice region after region simply because you have no one to help you to defend your territory. And even an ally who betrayed you like Bulgaria.

PS. I am aware that France is supposed to be 'Entente'. If yes, then they should help you in return for getting THEIR homeland back with your troops.

Dear Romanian friends, might I remind you that you conquered a grant total of 2 Hungarian regions, one of which because of tactical retreat? And of course your ego was so big that you had to attack Central Hungary, instead of leaving it to the Croats in an easier fight.

Bulgaria didn't betray us. The president proposed peace for XP and the stupid congress accepted it...as far as I know

To be honest, it shows how utterly, embarrassingly useless EDEN strategy is. To defeat Hungary you braindead goons threw a TON of gold and committed two of your most powerful countries to direct attacks on them, not to mention an avalanche of distraction battles throughout the world. But in a matter of 48 hours they have checked your assault and are turning it around. You really are a travelling circus of an alliance these days. Sort yourselves out before Phoenix players start quitting from boredom.
